About Me


For years I trained clients in gyms and in their homes with the mission of finding simple lifestyle changes that can help you to achieve your goals. Knowing how valuable it is to have a personal trainer design your workouts, answer questions and provide nutrition guidance, I thought there had to be a way that I could train more people without needing to meet in person 5 times a week. 

I began online training and founded FITonYourTime to help busy men and women like you to develop programs that are right for YOU based on YOUR goals, any chronic conditions, exercise preferences and past injuries. 

I'm certified nationally as a personal trainer, weight loss specialist and group fitness instructor.

Fun Fact: Emily's background is in cardio conditioning and strength training but she also really enjoys yoga and kickboxing.
